Located 45 km south of Troyes and 20 minutes from the A5 highway, Balnot-sur-Laignes is a charming little village on the Champagne Tourist Route, right in the heart of the Côte des Bar wine region. Le Jardin Sainte Anne welcomes you to a lush, relaxing setting. This lovely, bright home has been completely renovated and decorated in a soft, warm style, blending the charm of wood, stone, and antique furniture with a contemporary touch. Less than 20 minutes away: the rich architectural heritage of Les Riceys (5 km), Renoir’s House in Essoyes, the Château de Vaux, the Templar Commandery of Avalleur, hiking trails, and sports activities… 30 minutes away: lakes and the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park (wildlife area, eco-museum, swimming, water sports, tree-top adventure courses…). 40 minutes away: Nigloland Amusement Park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 minutes away: the city of Troyes (cathedral, museums, factory outlets). By reservation, guided tours of the vineyard and Champagne tastings hosted by the owner are available. On the raised first floor: a large living area with an open kitchen and direct, level access to a large terrace and the garden. Living room equipped with a TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and a fireplace (firewood provided). On the first landing: one bedroom (1 bed, 160 x 200), one bathroom. On the second landing: a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with a private bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large bedroom (3 beds 90 x 200 + a pull-out sofa bed 90 x 190) with a library and games that children will love. Outside, there is garden furniture, a wooden lounge area, a barbecue, lounge chairs, swings, and more. The shaded garden, approximately 800 m², is fully enclosed and includes private parking. Beds are made upon arrival; linens are provided; end-of-stay cleaning; heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.
