Equipe super atenciosa desde o momento em que estacionamos em frente ao hotel, todos muito prestativos. O quarto é dentro do padrão anunciado, com destaque para o chuveiro, com boa pressão mesmo em andar alto. A cama poderia ser um pouco afastada da parede em ambos os lados, mas entendemos que se trata de uma escolha por facilitar a circulação de maneira geral. Café da manhã excelente para os padrões da rede. Recomendável para uma estadia de qualidade e "acessível" em uma das cidades mais caras do Brasil.

Tudo muito bom, com exceção do quarto ao lado que havia uma criança na qual esta ficou até 2:00 da manhã andando e falando alto pelo corredor. Entrando e saindo do quarto dos pais e batendo as portas. Os recepcionistas não fizeram absolutamente nada. Foi uma noite terrível de sono. E por não possuir telefone no quarto para contatar a recepção, a comunicação só acontecia presencial na recepção. Achei péssimo pois o hotel conta com câmeras de monitoração!

Quarto supercompacto. Tão compacto que não tem onde deixar as malas. Armário também não entrou no projeto. O chuveiro merece nota 6 (arredondei para cima, mas mesmo acima não alcançou a média). Resumindo: poderia ser facilmente um novo conceito de budget: BDGT (onde economizaram até as vogais).

O hotel deveria estar cadastrado so no endereço rua 1131, 145, pois o Google maps nos levou para os fundos ro hotel na rua Adalmo... e nao havia ninguém para nos informar o local certo, o que causou um certo transtorno. No hotel, cheguei e stressada e o rapaz foi muito mal educado, perguntando se eu queria cancelar a estadia. Hotel bom, limpo, café da manhã bom, mas a experiência foi desagradável. Nao pretendo me hospedar novamente, embora o custo/benefício seja bom!
