Estacionamento tem um custo fora a parte e não tem lugar de fácil acesso na rua pra estacionar… Senti falta de um secador de cabelo no quarto do hotel e tivemos que pedir um na recepção emprestado. Café da manhã mt bom, sempre me hospedo nos hotéis ibis e mantém a boa qualidade. Quarto muito confortável, chuveiro bom. No demais, fiquei satisfeita com a hospedagem.

A porta do quarto não trancava ao sair do quarto. Precisei deixar a porta aberta com minhas coisas lá dentro. Solicitei que consertassem enquanto tomava café, que não foi atendido, ao sair solicitei novamente pois não havia segurança nenhuma em deixar meus pertences lá com a porta aberta. O funcionário disse que haviam câmeras no local e que eu o estava ameaçando, sendo que estava apenas exigindo o mínimo que um hotel deve oferecer que é poder trancar a porta do quarto. Péssima experiência.
