‘Traditional’ town centre hotel. Warm, homely feel. Our room was spacious with a 40inch tv, a good dressing table/workspace and a shower over a bath.

Staff were really friendly. Room was nice. Dinner was ok (2 of us had pie + meat was tough unfortunately but service was very good). Breakfast was very, very disappointing. Food was tasteless. No potato bread which is important part of Irish breakfast! Soda bread was deep fried yuk. Bacon was definitely undercooked, fried eggs looked + tasted like they had sat too long (even though we had breakfast at 9.15am). We love to go to Adair Arms as a little treat + night away but sour end to our stay.

The staff and our room was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to eat. While you’re here, go to the neighborhood bar The Fountain to get a real taste of the local folks.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all nice and friendly. Large clean room, comfortable bed, great tea and coffee facilities in room. Night porter on duty when we came back late from a wedding was friendly and helpful. Breakfast - good selection and nicely cooked, buffet on Sunday, cooked to order on Monday.
