"Very impersonal for a 5star resort. Staff were trained without the customer in mind.. for example I was trying to buy a drink for my guess after dinner. It was 9:50pm and we told the bar was closing… even though the front desk said the bar was open until 11:30. We got served but immediately we were presented with the bill. When I made a comment.. “it’s ok I’m staying at the hotel .. I’m not going to do a runner..” then the manager came down and started arguing with me in front of my guests. A most unfortunate and unpleasant experience! Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience"
