Although the lobby area appeared to have been upgraded, the remainder of the hotel needs a good cleaning. Carpets were dirty as was cloth furniture in room. Beds were comfortable, but with the other obvious lack of cleanliness, it was disconcerting.

This was a deluxe stay! The restaurant and bar were great! And the property is lovely! The only downside is that it is quite a drive in to town and we couldn’t really walk anywhere.

Fantastic staff

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to mention the staff at this hotel. They were all so lovely, in all depts - reception, bar, gym and breakfast. Food was great, room great, nothing negative!
