We stayed in one of their large family rooms—accommodating 2 adults and 2 children. The room was larger than what we are usually accustomed to, and it came with tea, coffee, and a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. We used the pool twice, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had dinner one evening, which was enjoyable.

We were late arriving but it wasn't a problem, the night porter was expecting us and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious and immaculate as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our tv but it was sorted within minutes of our request. I used the spa and the swimming pool and both were great. A lovely hotel and lovely staff. We hope to be back soon.

WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow.
