Just a one night stay. Staff friendly and helpful in a very caring way. Room large and comfy. Great sleep on big comfy bed in quiet area. Bathroom fine and kitchen good too. Be handy for a long term stay.

Property was in a great convenient location. The rear door was out of order when we were there. Hopefully this gets fixed as its quite annoying to have to walk the long way around.

It was amazing short stay, nice clean large, very comfortable accommodation in the city of Ballarat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, services.. love it, will recommend it to my family and friends. Can”t wait to visit again

I love Quest , I pick this company because of its comfort and great service. Ballarat Quest was good , but definitely not sound proof . Unfortunately our neighbors came back around 3.30 am we could hear them in the corridor talking then entering there room , they were very loud for an another good hour , loud talking. So before that we slept well until being woken by them. Great service from the reception ladies, warm and cosy .

Reserved multiple rooms for a work function. Arrived to find out that my booking was cancelled due to staff error, no comms provided. After a while of waiting, managed to secure vacant rooms albeit smaller/less than what I’ve paid for. Follow-up done but refund/compensation provided. Good accommodation but very disappointing handling of their reservation error.
