Fantastic service and great value for money. The team are friendly, welcoming & helpful. Something we’ve not always received in Bali. The rooms are large & very comfortable with excellent big beds. Had one week at Mutiara for a break and it was the perfect antidote to a challenging year so far. The staff were absolutely perfect and in particular, Sri, who was a delight to be around. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Will definitely return to Mutiara.

Mutiara was just fantastic. A smaller resort, but one we enjoyed thoroughly and am already planning our next trip! The staff were incredible, greeting us everyday. The rooms were clean and the pool area was perfect. Location was unreal, in the genuine heart of seminyak on the main strip. We were close to spas, restaurants, bars and clubs. We were also close to the flea market and lots of shopping. Wouldn't think to stay anywhere else.

The pool with the float is great. Water is clean and not cold. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I like the convenience of wats app for all my enquiries during my stay. The quick response was highly commendable. Love the spacious room and bathroom. The towels for room and the pool were changed daily! Dislike the fact that the toiletries such as shower caps and bedroom slippers were not replenished or replaced daily. The massage is very disappointing. The choices for nail colours and services are so limited that calling this a spa is very misleading!

Walking distance to the main road in Seminyak with the bars and restaurants. However, hotel is on a quiet road so peaceful. Nice staff. Big room but hotel lacked atmosphere. Wifi did not work. I struggled with no hot water and the bathroom was incredibly hot.
