This hotel is nothing like the photos online. The rooms are very old, full of wear and tear, and clearly need a full renovation. The walls have water damage, bubbling paint, and cracks everywhere. The whole place feels neglected and poorly maintained. Even though the buffet has a big variety, the food is not tasty at all — just quantity without quality. For the price, it’s really not worth it. The photos are misleading, and the hotel no longer looks fresh or modern like advertised. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay in again.

We enjoyed our time at the jimbaran bay beach resort and spa. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is great for dining options across the road on the beach. The rooms are nice, and the rooftop bar is anazing! If you get the chance, include your breakfast as it is a wide spread of different foods.
