Nice pool and balcony

Compact, quiet 2 bed apartment, on outskirts of town, with parking and pool. There was a very steep hill down to town, no problem for us, but, still needed to pause for breath on way up! Beach walkable too. Restaurants very reasonable compared with Palermo/Gardini Naxos

Nice apartament in a quiet area

We had a pleasant stay in Balestrate. The apartment is spacious, there is a kitchen with a stove and utensils. we enjoyed the terrace. The beach is 4 min away by car and we liked the Balestrate beach, not crowded.

A wonderful holiday!!

From the very beginning, communication with Rosalia was fantastic. On our arrival, we were met with friendly hosts and a tour of Balestrate followed - which is a short walk from the property with an array of lovely eateries and watering holes. The accommodation was perfect and met our needs (2 adults and 2 children) and the pool was a welcome delight on very hot Sicilian days. We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Rosalia and Francesco for their hospitality and kindness.

Comfortable stay, nice views, kids loved the pool, we had to wear caps for the pool which was fine, we would have bought some with us if we had known, but they were easy enough to buy our there, hosts were great Martina showed us around on arrival to get out bearings and know where to find supermarkets and best restaurants, and her mum Rosalia very kind giving us fresh apricots and always on hand to help us if needed, we had a lovely time

Die Vermieter sind einfach toll! Extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool und Garten waren ein Traum, es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der Ort ist auch wunderschön.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo pernottato presso Casa Martina per 3 notti e abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza fantastica da parte della signora Rosalia e del marito. La struttura Ă© molto pulita e suggestiva, grazie anche alla presenza di una splendida piscina, ben tenuta e utile per staccare dal mare per qualche ora di relax. Gli host si sono mostrati super disponibili ad aiutarci e a venirci incontro con alcune nostre richieste.

Schönes Appartement

Die Kommunikation war immer super und Rosalia war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben, sauber und der Pool ein super Zusatz. FĂŒr ein bisschen planschen und AbkĂŒhlung war also bei heißen Temperaturen gesorgt. Der Balkon des Appartements war sehr groß und bot ausreichend Platz. Das Kinderzimmer war sehr klein. Ist quasi nur zum schlafen. Der Rest des Appartements war super. Rosalia wohnt unten im Haus und die drei Appartements sind oben drĂŒber. Sprich man kann schnell kommunizieren. Wir brauchten einen Hochstuhl, den sie uns direkt besorgt hat. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Ein Auto ist jedoch von Vorteil. Der Strand ist fĂŒr eine Familie (GepĂ€ck,etc) ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Das Zentrum von Balestrate war fußlĂ€ufig in ein paar zu erreichen.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour mais certaines amĂ©liorations auraient pu le rendre plus agrĂ©able-. la maison de Rosalia est propre et bien entretenue mais elle est mal isolĂ©e. Au premier Ă©tage il y’a 3 appartements sans poignĂ©e extĂ©rieure ce qui fait que tout le monde claque sa porte ainsi que celle du RDC qui est Ă©galement claquĂ©e sans cesse. Un seul jeu de clĂ© pour un appartement de 6 de 2 familles c’est un peu juste Par ailleurs quelques Ă©quipements peu onĂ©reux comme un Ă©conome, des assiettes normales et non en plastique, un micro onde, un Ă©tendoir correcte seraient vraiment apprĂ©ciables Par ailleurs, de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain sur les 15 jours ont Ă©tĂ© vraiment dĂ©sagrĂ©ables. À l’arrivĂ©e il n’y avait rien excepte 1 bouteille d eau : pas d huile vinaigre sel poivre juste 1 reste de liquide vaisselle et mĂȘme pas une Ă©ponge propre. C est bof

Un coin de paradis en SICILE

Rosalia et sa famille sont des personnes trÚs accueillantes, bien veillantes et agréables. La communication avec eux était parfaite. Le logement lumineux avec une grande terrasse appréciable. Tout était trÚs propre, le parking sécurisé à l'intérieur. Nous recommandons fortement cette adresse.

Meine Mutter und ich wurden herzlich von Rosalia und ihrer Familie aufgenommen. Nach einer kleinen Spazierfahrt mit Rosalia durch Balestrate, wussten wir, wie man zum Strand kommt, EinkĂ€ufe tĂ€tigen konnte und erhielten Tipps fĂŒr Restaurantbesuche, sehr nett! Auf der herrlichen Dachterrasse haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Mit dem Auto ist die nĂ€here Umgebung und Palermo gut zu erkunden.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa magnifica struttura, devo dire che abbiamo passato davvero una bellissima vacanza, la posizione Ăš ottima vicino l'autostrada, dalla struttura a piedi percorrendo una strada interna si arriva a circa 500 metri in un'ottima pizzeria il cavallino bianco continuando e facendo una discesa si arriva direttamente nel centro del paese dove Ăš pieno di locali e si puĂČ godere dei bellissimi paesaggi e tramonto spettacolare, la strutture Ăš molto accogliente con una splendida piscina pulita e ben curata , i proprietari sono delle splendide persone sono disponibili e molto affettuosi ti trattano come un vero amico ma non sono assolutamente invadenti , alloggio pulito e ben curato con parcheggio all'interno chiuso . Un ringraziamento particolare va alla splendida signora Rosalia una vera professionista e disponibile in tutto, grazie mille davvero per tutto, appena possibile ritorneremo sicuramente.

Blu Piscine Relax Casa Martina - Ottima esperienza

Io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato un settimana in questa struttura di Balestrate e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente. La struttura Ăš pulita, curata, in ottima posizione vicino i al centro di Balestre e vicinissimo al collegamento autostradale per tutte le direzioni. Appartamento con balcone panoramico e piscina tenuta in ottimo stato , ideale per il relax serale di fine giornata. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla Sig.ra Rosalia e tutta la sua famiglia, che non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla. Cortesia, cordialitĂ  e sopratutto l 'organizzazione di tutta la logistica settimanale, ha contraddistinto l'operato della famiglia che ci ha ospitato, non avrei potuto trovare di meglio. Ringraziamo di nuovo , la Sig.ra Rosalia e la sua famiglia per aver contribuito a farci passare una fantastica settimana di vacanza. Sicuramente da consigliare, Ottimo !!!

Schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Haus mit zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen und den EigentĂŒmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung war sauber und die EigentĂŒmerin konnte Englisch. Der Pool war sauber, allerdings fĂŒr Menschen mit langen Haaren nur mit Badekappe zu benutzen. Diese kann man auch fĂŒr zwei Euro erwerben. Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine Klimaanlage- wie im Inserat beschrieben- kostet diese FĂŒnf Euro extra den Tag. Leider bellen und jaulen in der Umgebung nachts viele Hunde. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.
