This space opens directly onto a 20 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea, the swimming pool, and the surrounding countryside. The ground floor also includes an open dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm, 200 cm in length, and features a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to a 20 m2 balcony.
