Our vacation home is located in the medieval town of BALE, just 12 km from ROVINJ, the “Pearl of Istria.” The design of the vacation apartments combines traditional local elements with state-of-the-art, high-quality amenities and great attention to detail. The centerpiece of our property is the 5x10m pool, set in the midst of a spacious garden featuring a herb garden, sun loungers, and patio furniture. Another highlight is the barbecue and chill-out lounge. The barbecue is handcrafted in the traditional Istrian style. The vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Bale. Restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and an ATM are all within a few hundred meters’ walk. Bale’s natural beach isn’t overcrowded even in high season, and you can always find a quiet spot. From Bale, you can take beautiful and interesting day trips to the surrounding area. We recommend visiting Dvigrad, Groznijan, Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun, the Plitvice Lakes, Cape Kamenjak, and the islands of Cres and Krk.

Tolle Wohnung, mit einer sehr guten und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern da. Diese haben auf dem Ausziehsofa geschlafen was auch bequem war. Für uns vom Platz ok. Pool war leider recht kalt. Alles sauber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft im traumhaften Bale

Wir hatten die Fewo Meer zu viert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Wir wurden von Sandra freundlich empfangen und haben alles wie erwartet angetroffen. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und super gepflegt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch so, dass man alles super zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sogar die Kinder konnten alleine zum Bäcker laufen. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 20-40 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben auch den Zutritt zum Strand am Campingplatz genutzt. Der Kontakt zu Anja per WhatsApp verlief sehr herzlich und man konnte jederzeit alles fragen und bekam innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 14 Tage in Kroatien, ein sehr schönes und fortschrittliches Land. Der Ort Bale hat seinen Charme, er ist Moderne und Geschichte in einem. Wir würden wieder in die Region reisen.

Super Unterkunft - idyllischer Ort

Der Ort Bale ist sehr gemütlich, alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, gemütliche Restaurants und idyllische Bars. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, alles sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend, Liegen vorhanden. Eine Parkkarte für den Zugang zum nahegelegenen Strand am Campingplatz gabs auch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren beiden Teenagern sehr genossen und Bale als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge genutzt.

Eine tolle Zeit

Wir haben alles so wie beschrieben angetroffen. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage sind super schön. Der sehr gepflegte Strand ist ca. 6 km entfernt. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Rovinj ist ein Traum. Alles in Allem war es für uns ein toller Urlaub!!! Danke an Anja, Goran und Sandra

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Urlaub gewesen, ich möchten auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen. Modern, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Platzt genug für 4 Personen. Die Gartenanlage ist top gepflegt und der Pool ist einfach der Hammer. Das Örtchen Bale ist schön, ruhig und überschaubar. Wer fern von Massentourismus bleiben möchte, der ist genau richtig da. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und meine Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Vielen Dank! Zum Stand muss man etwas fahren. Aber für uns war das kein Problem. LG Elena

Traumhafter Urlaub in Bale

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Meer. Mit der Wohnung hätten wir es nicht besser treffen können. Die Fotos spiegeln zu 100% das wieder, was man bei Ankunft antrifft. Die Wohnung war sauber,es war alles da und zudem noch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, so das wir uns gleich zu Hause fühlten. Der Garten ist uneinsichtig und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir können den wunderschönen Ort Bale jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Originalität und Abstand vom Massentourismus legt und zugleich kein Problem hat sich mal hinters Steuer zu setzen. Ganz großen Dank noch mal an Hassan, der uns liebevoll begrüsste und bei Fragen immer ansprechbar war. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen Ralf und Dörte

Rundum gelungener Urlaub in super Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 10 Tage gebucht. Die Buchung war total unkompliziert und die Urlaubsvorbereitungen mit der Vermieterin absolut freundlich. Wir haben auf alle Fragen sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Die Wohnung ist, wie auf den Bilder dargestellt und auf der Seite beschrieben, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Auch der Garten mit eigener Terrasse, gemeinsamem Pool und Lounge sind super gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Unsere 2-jährige Tochter fand es klasse, da sie sich frei und alleine bewegen konnte und wir sie trotzdem immer im Auge hatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Eisdiele in der Altstadt von Bale können alle in kurzer Zeit bequem zu Fuß angelaufen werden. Verschiedene schöne und für die Mieter kostenlose Strände sowie große Supermärkte in Rovinj sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein sollte, gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung was zu unternehmen. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir den Urlaub sogar spontan noch verlängert. Es waren rundum gelungene Tage! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen und können es nur jedem empfehlen!

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen + Wohnungen

Vielen Dank für diese wunderbaren 2 Wochen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Wir durften 2 Wohnungen kennenlernen und beide waren bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrassen im Erdgeschoss sind groß und laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Besonders schön ist der große Pool, dort konnte man sich immer abkühlen. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig, zum Meer sind es nur 6 km. Außerdem kann man wunderbar essen gehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. E + V + L

Unvergessliche Tage...zum Wohlfühlen!!!

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit einer befreundeten Familie mit 3 Kleinkindern in der Fewo Himmel.Die Wohnung ist wunderschön,nicht zuviel versprochen.Sehr gepflegt und der Hausmeister ist jederzeit zur Stelle. Einzigster Wermutstropfen: es war leider nicht ersichtlich,dass das grosse Schlafzimmer mit dem schönen Holzbett ein Durchgangszimmer ist Zu allen Schlafräumen und dem oberen Bad.Für uns war es das Kinderzimmer und hat gut funktioniert. Wir haben einen wunderschönen, sehr erholsamen Urlaub erlebt. Auch der Ort Bale ist auch total schön.Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!!!Sarah,Mato mit Samuel und Hannah
