Our vacation home is located in the medieval town of BALE, just 12 km from ROVINJ, the “Pearl of Istria.” The design of the vacation apartments combines traditional local elements with state-of-the-art, high-quality amenities and great attention to detail. The centerpiece of our property is the 5x10-meter pool, situated in the middle of the spacious garden, which features a herb garden, sun loungers, and patio furniture. The barbecue and chill-out lounge is another highlight of our property. The barbecue was handcrafted in the traditional Istrian style. The vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Bale. Restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and an ATM are all within a few hundred meters’ walk. Bale’s natural beach isn’t overcrowded even in high season, and you can always find a quiet spot. From Bale, you can take beautiful and interesting day trips to the surrounding area. We recommend visiting Dvigrad, Groznijan, Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun, the Plitvice Lakes, Cape Kamenjak, and the islands of Cres and Krk.

Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und ruhig. Der Außenbereich war stets sehr gepflegt und ordentlich.Abends waren sehr gute Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Verschiedene Strände waren in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine Top Wohnung in der wir unserem Urlaub genossen haben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin funktionierte bestens.

Sehr schöne,perfekt gelegene Ferienwohnung

Schöne Wohnung und toller Pool. Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider ohne Tiefkühler und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem. Wir hatten dennoch einen tollen Urlaub,bei zentraler Lage.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem großen Pool, ruhige Lage. Die 3 Nachbarwohnungen haben nicht gestört. Das Meer war allerdings 6 km entfernt.Trotzdem schöner Aufenthalt
