The house consists of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a living room and direct access to a large roofed terrace with a swimming pool. A beautifully landscaped garden, lawn and plenty of Mediterranean vegetation will delight visitors. The price includes linen, towels, parking, final cleaning and wi-fi. The house is reached by a local road which is not asphalted. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle. Pets are welcome with an extra charge on site. Welcome to the Mediterranean paradise! Rovinj is located on the western coast of Istria, the largest Adriatic peninsula, just an hour's drive from Trieste.
