The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room for pleasant evenings in the company of family and friends.

A spacious yard filled with greenery and traditional Istrian herbs ensures complete privacy, peace, and relaxation. In the garden, you will find a swimming pool with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor covered dining area with a fireplace, where you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
