This 67m² cottage features a living/dining area on the ground floor, opening onto a terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pellet stove. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Also on this level is a games room with a foosball table, darts, and a reading area. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a television and a queen-size bed (160cm), and a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm). This semi-detached house, with its own entrance, was completely renovated in 2022 and offers all the comfort and amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a courtyard, a lawn of approximately 300m², and a lovely 20m² terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue and garden furniture in complete privacy.
