The M7 highway is 5 km away, the train station is 700 m away, and the nearest public beach (Őrház utca) is 900 m away. The spacious, 90-square-meter, two-story structure stands on a fenced-in, 500-square-meter lot. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
