The detached holiday home, built in 2003, is modernly furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The pool is very modern, French type, filled with saltwater. Size 9 x 4.23 meters, illuminated at night. The surroundings are clad with beige quartzite and large Mediterranean stones. Next to the pool is a solar garden shower. Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is located on a 980 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Upper floor: Living room with sitting area, TV, fireplace, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (45 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
