Between land and sea, and in the charm of a Charente construction renovated in the respect of tradition, we offer you our 65m2 cottage fully furnished for your comfort. Our independent cottage adjoining the owners' house is designed for 4 people. It will allow you to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. You can enjoy the garden with its shared swimming pool (8X4) and heated from May to October. <br>The accommodation<br>It consists of:<br>- On the first floor: an air-conditioned living/dining room with 2 sofas, a 55-inch 4K Smart TV (possibility of Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, VOD... etc.), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher...) a bathroom and separate toilet as well as a washing machine.<br><br>- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80. The bedrooms have air conditioning.<br><br>The cottage has a private terrace equipped with garden furniture, an electric plancha and private parking.<br><br>A free high-speed WIFI connection is available.<br><br>The 8m x 4m swimming pool, heated from May to October, is accessible from 10am to 8pm and will delight young and old alike.<br>Access to it is under your own responsibility.<br><br>For your well-being, an on-site massage service is offered by our masseuse, upon reservation<br><br>Horseback riding possible on site and by reservation<br><br>Our proximity provides you with help and advice. Our 4-legged friends are not allowed<br><br>A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival
