⭐☆☆☆☆ — Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Management While the staff were friendly and helpful, the management and hotel conditions left a lot to be desired. We experienced a water leak in our room, which is a serious maintenance issue. When we raised the problem, management refused to move us to a different room — completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, after everything we went through, they wouldn't even accommodate a late checkout. No goodwill gesture, no apology, nothing. The front-line staff deserve credit for their attitude, but the management's handling of our complaint was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not return or recommend this hotel.
