There are prostitution going on. People arguing in the parking lot, and coming in and out of the rooms. Drug dealing. Random homeless and shady people roaming the hotel grounds. People drinking in the parking lot. Looks like construction guys stay there too, there are dirty boots and clothes in the breezeways. Though the hospitality employees try to keep the rooms tidy, the rooms are just extremely run down.
