I have stayed here several times. But they do not seem to monitor and/or swiftly deal with problematic guests. Late at night, unruly and inconsiderate guests (adults and children) will be running in the halls and rooms, slamming doors, talking and laughing loudly, pounding on walls & floors, playing their TVs and music too loud, partying, etc. (This has happened the last several times I’ve stayed here). It was so bad last night I couldn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk at 2:15 AM to get them to deal with several men in the room right next door to mine. Don’t know if they ever did. It was a horrible, sleepless night. When I talked with the front desk in the morning at checkout, they didn’t even offer a discount or consideration for the horrible night I was forced to endure. I don’t know if I can/will stay here again, which is unfortunate, because it’s not a bad property. But management does not seem to enforce appropriate “quiet hour” rules, which is to the detriment of others. If you can’t sleep/rest at night, why stay here?
