The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, our room smelled like cigarettes even though the hotel is listed as non-smoking. The pool also appeared to have mold, which was disappointing, especially since it was warm and we were hoping to enjoy it. With better cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

Breakfast was ok staff was horrible they lied so we could not extend out reservation, then when we upgraded to the suite, which is the best room available it was dusty and the staff lied about the conditioner original room is left in and would no longer extend our reservation, even though we had insurance in the room and the suite
