I needed a quick place to stay for the night. The Sheraton is in a nicer part of town than some of the other hitels at the same price point. I was disappointed that the room didn't seem stocked with the normal coffee pods, more than one cup, or more than one roll of toilet paper. However, for one night, those things could be overlooked. What really bothered me was the shower. While the shower was clean, there was no hot water! It was a cool January morning and I wanted a hot, relaxing shower. I got a lukewarm borderline freezing experience! I wish I had noticed earlier as I would have asked for a new room. When I mentioned it at checkout, the receptionist said that it takes awhile for the water to heat up. I informed her that I did let it run for awhile, yet it was still cold. A little compassion or small compensation would have been nice. All I got was "Do you need a copy of your folio?" and "Have a good day." My day started with a frosty shower and that was not the wake up call I wanted. Bummer.

We didnt realize we could have jad breakfast included. We did eat there and paid full price, it was excellent except for the oatmeal. It was full of water, not thick.

No heat at all in room and it was 43 degrees Fahrenheit outside. After an hour of promising to repair it and then promising to move us, they brought us askance heater that took over 5 hours to fully heat out room. No extra blankets, dead bolt didn’t work. We tried to sleep fully dressed with jackets on-it was miserable. Will never stay there again!

The outer doors to the hotel didn’t latch. Anyone could get into the hallways and the doors to the rooms weren’t secure enough to feel safe. There was also black lint on all the bedding which took a while to determine was just lint and didn’t leave us feeling good.

The first room of my stay the tv didn’t work so I was moved to another room In my second room the water in the shower never got warm and I was forced to take a cold shower I let the staff know and hoped the final night would be better however I had to take a cold shower again They did say we are sorry but for the money I paid that certainly was not enough
