The hotel was.lacking stated amenities no breakfast, no wifi,no coffee in the lobby. The hotel asked for a pet charge and a refundable pet charge. The refundable charge was not refunded. The rooms were also without a phone to contact the lobby. Will not stay again.

The room was basic and cleanhowever we booked this because it had a pool and breakfast and WiFi - pool out of action for a good while, no breakfast and WiFi wasn’t working- which made things very difficult as with UK phones we were reliant on WiFi - with the help of the manager we managed to jump on the WiFi of the restaurant across the road eventually after I complained

Note that this review is from 10/2025. This hotel has gone recent renovations and only a handful of units are actually being rented out to guests. These units are excellent budget friendly stays. The windows have blinds that can be easily adjusted to allow in desired amount of sunlight. The TV offers a pretty good range of channels. Restroom was very clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. The best part is that the room uses a mini-split unit rather than wall-mounted AC. This means the the air inside is free of excessive dust and particles that the wall mounted AC units always blow out. Room had a working microwave but the mini fridge did not work. Checking in after hours (12am+) is unreliable as the older gentleman that works the front desk can sometimes sleep through the bell buzzer. No homeless anywhere in sight, plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. But their WiFi was completely broken, and I was depending upon having that do do some business. I had to take my laptop to McDonalds to get my work done.

Facility is quite all right - BUT it is advertised as "continental breakfast", "pool" and many other extras... I wasn't really expecting all that - and sure enough, NONE of these exists: pool has been closed FOR YEARS!!, and breakfast not served also for a very long time. Greeter was nice - I asked: why those fixtures are still advertised? - "I have told them many times to update, but they did not..." - which further proves my point: lies ruin any trust. Too bad really!!! Also, I found it on line - called, they were offering it to me for $10 extra saying it was the last room for the night - the property was half empty. More lies - shame on you, people! but I did have a good sleep ;)
