Worst property I've ever stayed at. Room didn't even have a telephone. No soap. Next to a truck stop, so very loud. No breakfast offered, despite property description stating there is. Name of property doesn't even match the name on website listing.

Reserve una abitacinon En la noche por que hacia un viaje de tijuana mexico para sacramento me sentia cansado y no quería manejar mas asi que reserve por mexio de experian y al llegar al hotel no me dejaron entrar a la abitacion que por que el check in era a la alas 3pm si lo reserve en la noche fue para dormir no para esperar al otro dia

How dare you guys ask me about that room. I didn't even get to stay in the room because the guy said I had to give a 100. 00 security deposit. I told this man I didn't have any money at all would he work with me & he told me NO NO I CANT CHANGE IT. He could have just checked the room before I left out. I had been driving 8 hours and had been falling asleep at the wheel. And not to mention that isn't even anywhere on description of room, a deposit. So that was a lie & then now he won't refund my money. Who does this to people
