The hotel was pretty decent and the staff is very nice. But the hotel's price/performance ratio seems a bit low for its location. The entry and the breakfast were pretty good, but most of the hotel is fairly ordinary.

To start off my room wasn’t ready at check in I had to wait , then when I did check in I was notified that they didn’t have hot water I was asked to cancel but I was just over it I was late to my event and I just needed to change and go this by far is the worst experience with a hotel ever I wish the 3 other ladies that I spoke earlier would have told me that 3 hours prior to check in and I would have had time to book somewhere else

Overall, our stay was pleasant; however, when we requested bathrobes from the front desk, it required two follow-up calls before they were delivered. The robes eventually arrived about an hour and a half later.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The lobby and bar area were really nicely decorated. The restaurant had a huge selection of foods, as well as a kids menu with puzzles and an area to color, however they didn’t have any crayons which was a bummer for the kids. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and cozy pillows, however the train kept waking everyone up so no one, in any of the room, got great sleep. The bathroom was basic. The water drained slow in the tub and sink. No soap dish so placed clap on the counter. It was a scavenger hunt to find the blow dryer (top shelf of the closet). Overall, a nice place for a quick one night stay.

This place was really nice, there seemed to be a little dating to a style of the room. The people there were very friendly, everything worked according to the way it should. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Room was OK, some chipped floor tiles in both the entry and bathroom Old style coffee maker but worked OK. Finding more hotels upgrading to Keurig or pods. Beds were clean and very comfortable
