Turn on the lights

My stay was ok. I usually stay at a Quality Inn that’s why I chose this hotel. One of my major concerns is that my room was on the back side of the motel and upstairs. I didn’t mind the location until I went to leave at 5am. There were no lights on the back of the hotel, no lights in the parking lot. It was pitch black and had to try to remember where the stairs were at leading down to my car. For me being a female that travels alone more often than not it was a scary situation for me.

The staff was great. The room was not. The TV would not work properly. Front curtains was partially off track. Toilet made loud noise and would rock when you sat on it. This was all told to manager. We did get $20 discount.

When I looked on the website Expedía Quality inn it looked very good ....but at the moment of arriving at the place I was disappointed that the offices were separated in another building..I didn't feel safe

4 day stay. Never cleaned or took out the garbage. We got fresh towels when we took out the garbage. Minimal breakfast. No eggs or protein. No luggage rack. No bags for garbage or laundry. Suitablw for a 1 night stay.

It was clean, quiet and it had the best little truck stop dinner just next door, the food was excellent and didn't cost an arm or a leg! We had dinner and breakfast there, well worth it. The shower tub was clean but was missing porcelain in places.

Be outside corridors are very dirty in this hotel the rooms were clean for the most part. Our TV didn’t work so we had to switch rooms after we were settled. The mattress was awful. It was like a sponge. The keys for the room hardly ever worked properly.
