We rent two other properties on VRBO #467927 and #699521 with a 5-Star rating. This is our personal home being made available for 2 weeks only.

The property is located on a 3.5 acre lot with 250' of gorgeous shoreline. The home is located on a point with views to the south of famous Cave Point.

This new home has a large master bedroom and master bath on the main floor with walk in tile shower. There is a great room centered in the home with 18' tall masonry fireplace. A 60" flatscreen LED TV with Dish TV is all set to watch your favorite shows. All floors on the main floor are wood or tile.

The kitchen is very roomy with Wolf range, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, cherry cabinetry. All countertops in the home are granite.

We have just installed Premier One UV Air purifier system to the HVAC system. It is a germicidal air purifier that uses ultra violet light. Our cleaning company is using CDC cleaning guidelines on every cleaning. We are washing all bedding between stays and are NOT suppling towels at this time. Guests need to bring their own towels. We want you to be able to relax on your visit.

You will find yourself very relaxed and comfortable.

The location is perfect. You are 10 to 15 minutes to just about anything you want to do, but you are in a quite peaceful setting. I grew up in Door County and chose this location to build our dream home. I like to be relaxed without hearing a busy highway, traffic and lots of people when I get home. You will love the location.

If you like to hike there is a nature preserve that boarders our driveway. It has a great path that goes through the woods and along a creek that runs from Kangaroo Lake to Lake Michigan. You can also take long walks down the beach, but with the water level rising the beach is getting smaller and you may need to get your feet wet in places.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a large rec-room with ping pong table.

Patios are bluestone and there is a large fire pit overlooking the water. Sit around the fire at night and share stories under the starry skies.

We only rent for a minimum time while we take an annual vacation ourselves and explore other areas. We let others enjoy our home during this time rather than just keeping it locked up and empty. Guests have always been respectful of our property and we hope to continue opening our home up as long as we are able. Also, I have family that live nearby should you need help with anything.

It is hard to find a home of this caliber with such privacy and breath taking views. We know you will cherish your stay here.
