Hot Tub-Movie room-Mtn Views-Spacious
Rated a perfect 5.0 by every guest who's stayed, this three-bedroom cabin sits on nearly five private acres in Bailey — an easy drive off Highway 285 and a world away from the crowds. Huge windows pull the mountain views into the kitchen, dining, and living room, and high-speed Starlink keeps the whole group connected, whether it's a remote-work week, a family long weekend, or a couples' escape with the pup along for the ride.
Mornings open with coffee and the peaks framed in the great-room windows. Days are yours: hike straight from the area's trails, drive out to Wellington Lake to swim or rent a canoe, or wander downtown Bailey for shops and local restaurants. Evenings come back to the deck — something on the pellet grill, the hot tub warming up, and a wide, dark sky filling with stars. When the weather turns or the kids wind down, the lower-level theater room takes over: comfy chairs, a smart TV, and room for everyone.
Two king bedrooms sit upstairs off the main living space, and a third bedroom with a queen and its own ensuite is tucked downstairs by the theater. Up to two dogs are welcome, and the whole cabin is yours.
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Private hot tub on the deck under dark mountain skies
• Lower-level movie theater room with a smart TV and comfy seating

• Check-in after 4 PM, checkout before 10 AM
• 6 guests maximum
• Dogs welcome — up to 2
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping anywhere; fine applies
• Quiet hours 10 PM out of respect for neighbors
FAQS
• There's no A/C. At this elevation the temperature rarely climbs above 80°, and opening the windows at night cools the cabin down quickly.
• From October through May you'll need AWD or 4WD with appropriate tires — the area has snow and dirt roads. The driveway is paved but steep and can be icy in shaded spots even when plowed; there's a spot at the top to park and walk down carefully if needed.
• The Colorado mountains can get snow almost any time of year — pack accordingly.
• This is a residential neighborhood. Most neighbors aren't close, but a few are.
• Please don't park in the garage (it holds the washer and dryer) — use the covered parking under the deck.
