Welcome to my charming family home in the Douro region, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Spread over two floors, it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room (with a pool table, ping-pong table, and various games), and a garden adorned with fruit trees and a barbecue. Children will love the cistern converted into a pool (3x3x0.9m) and the swing set in the outdoor area, complete with lounge chairs and a dining table.
A location where convenience is key, with a mini-market right next door, and just 2 km from the center of the village of Santa Marinha do Zezêre, which has a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants. The center of Resende is just 10 km away.
Explore the nearby Douro River, with its beaches, vineyards, and breathtaking views, for an unforgettable stay.
Located on the “Romanesque Route” with several tourist attractions to visit.

Maison très agréable, avec tout à disposition et même plus.Hote disponible et très gentil avec une bonne communication.L emplacement permet de visiter la région du Douro mais une voiture sera nécessaire pour se déplacer dans les routes de montagne.
