Guests will meet with Osa Property Management. - Costa Rica Las Villas Team Member for Guests arriving between 3 pm - 8:30 pm. Later check-in is available but without Host Check-in.

Located in Uvita, which is the epicenter to the Bahia Ballena region of Costa Rica. Uvita is home to Marino Ballena National Park, where the world-famous 'Whales Tail' beach is found.

Uvita is the launching spot for dozens of tours in the area and restaurants, banks, grocery stores, pharmacies and coffee shops.

This is a private home with unlimited 24-hour access. There is a private gate to gain entrance into the home and a private PIN to enter the home.



Casita Catalina is a private home, located behind a private gate. There are no shared amenities. The pool is private. It is a comfortable and clean and modern living space. Large deck and outdoor patio. The sliding glass doors connect the outdoor space to the indoor space, providing a seamless flow.

Clients will have complete privacy during their time. Depending on the length of time at the house, there will be pool service done twice per week. We will notify you of the days and approximate time at check-in.

Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

Located 5 minutes from the Costanera Highway (Highway 34) and is access via paved roads and no 4x4 vehicle is necessary.
Any vehicle can easily arrive to the home.

Laundry: Private washer and dryer are located in the home. Free to use. Detergent is not provided.

Private Swimming Pool: The refreshing pool and large pool deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Wildlife: You will hear toucans, scarlet macaws and howler monkeys.

Kitchen: All the modern amenities one would expect (coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, etc).
