The baggage handler's and the security were excellent in making us feel welcomed, and so did one of the cafe workers as we checked out. Otherwise, the welcome fell short right there. The TV only had one working channel and was of poor quality. The shower was luke warm and the shower head is on its way out. Otherwise, everything else worked as it was intended. Th rooms were very clean, but the there was a price for practically everything. I love the look of the hotel, and I liked the piano, although it is in need of tuning. I wasn't going to stay when I read the reviews, but I thought that I should at least see it for myself.

The hotel was really beautiful. But when we arrived the hotel said, Expedia booked the city view but I actually ordered a garden view from Expedia which was more expensive online. They couldn’t give us the garden view coz it wasn’t anymore available. That was a failure in Expedia’s duty. I was quite disappointed with Expedia. Hotel tried to make up by offering a lower rate since we decided to stay longer. Expedia people did not do a Good Job!

Great helpful staff. Super clean and spaciouus rooms. Zero complaints. Probabaly best hotel north of Makati. Great location for town. Decor is gold tinged Edwardian so i wouldnt have it at home but all in new condition and change is why we travel. Its a great place you won't be disappoointed except the welcome drink is fruit juice and i was hoping for a cocktail. Breakfast is great.

Overall the place is very nice and the staff was very kind and welcoming. However we were not too happy with the breakfast. It was cold and had very limited options. Also had a dirty drain smell throughout, but it seems like that is an issue in many places throughout Baguio. I will still give this property a 4 out 5 star review
