The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer as well as a washing machine in the bathroom. Air-conditioned accommodation and fenced garden all around the house. Possibility to park 3 vehicles in the garden, free parking in front of the house. Can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. Baby cot and high chair available. Slide and children's games. Quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac and not overlooked. The swimming pool measures 3.5 by 6.5 m with a flat bottom at a depth of 1.4 m.
