Nice 2-room apartment ideally located on the 1st floor of a building, near the Savoleyres gondola. The s living room with direct access to the large south-facing balcony (decorative fireplace), allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunny days, the view is manific. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. A bathroom with sink, bath/shower and toilet completes the whole. Pets are allowed on request. A parking space is available to tenants. The afinal access is by stairs, about 150m. -- The keys are available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23.
