The Space:

Sunlit, triple-aspect, and steps from Place Centrale



Place Centrale is two minutes away on foot, with the Farinet Bar & Lounge, the Swiss charm of Le Caveau, snack bars and boutique shopping. This 3-bedroom apartment has windows on three sides, so it holds the light all day.



It sits on the ground floor. You park in your own covered space at street level and walk straight in. No stairs, no lift, no hauling ski bags up a staircase.



The Medran ski lifts are a 5 to 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute bus ride from the stop just along the road.



Inside:

- Master bedroom: a spacious dual-aspect room with a Super King bed, white cotton linen and a mattress you sink into.

- Bunk room: two stacked single beds, both generously sized and comfortable for adults as well as children. There is a chair and a desk if you need to get some work done.

- Triple room: sleeps three. Two single beds on the lower level and a single bunk above. The two lower beds slide together into a Super King if you would rather have a double. We make the room up as singles as standard, so let us know in advance and we will have the Super King ready for you. For same-day bookings everything is left to hand with simple instructions.



Built-in wardrobes run the length of the corridor, so there is plenty of storage. The main bathroom has a full-size bath, toilet and basin. The second has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Water pressure is excellent in both.



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric hob and oven, full-size fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, SMEG kettle and toaster, and all the cookware you would expect. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.



The open-plan living and dining area is built for company. The table seats eight, which makes family meals and game nights easy, and two deep sofas face the panoramic view. Smart TV for the evenings, after a day on the slopes, the trails or in the pool.



Guest Access:

Guests have use of the whole apartment, the ski locker, the private covered parking space and the building's leisure centre. Access details are sent to you the day before you arrive.



The leisure centre is shared with other residents in the building:

- 19m indoor pool, for a morning swim or an evening dip.

- Gym, well equipped, open the same hours as the pool.

- Two saunas, one for men and one for women. The saunas open from 10.30, a little later than the pool and gym.

- Games and family area, with two ping pong tables, a large play space and tables for board games or reading. You can keep an eye on the children in the pool from here.

- A lifeguard is often on duty in peak season. Children must be supervised at all times.



Leisure centre opening times. These follow the same pattern every year:

1 December to 30 April: every day, 7.00 to 20.00

1 July to 31 August: every day, 7.00 to 20.00

1 September to 30 November: Wednesday to Sunday, 7.00 to 19.00



Your own covered parking space is included. It is at street level, reserved for you and clearly marked. No icy driveway and no snowed-in car park to deal with.



The Neighborhood:

A couple of minutes' walk from the centre of Verbier, and yet remarkably quiet. The loudest thing you are likely to hear is the stream that runs past the apartment.



Getting Around:

Two minutes on foot to the centre of Verbier, and 5 to 10 minutes to the Medran ski lift. Buses run from the centre to the lift station, a 2 minute ride.



Other Things to Note:

The parking space is on the tight side, so take it slowly on the way in.

Please pay your tourist tax at the tourist office. At certain times of year that gets you a free VIP Pass.
