Pleasant situation, beautiful view, sunny, very quiet environment. Beach and nautical base 200 m from the house with many coastal paths, opportunities for walks along the Gulf. Close to the pier of Ile aux Moines, not far from picturesque towns and large beaches of the coast: Vannes, Carnac, Quiberon, Rhuys peninsula.
