Bad Wörishofen is just a great country town for tourists and having relaxation, staff were okay but the head of the staff in this hotel...well, we found he would have had friendlier attitude. On the contrarz, and definitely one Vietnamise restaurant is worth visiting....nice and friendly service and tasty food!

Hairs in the bed

Actually everything ok - but there were several hairs in the bed and the only solution of the hotel was to provide a towel to get rid of the hairs

the expedia reservation system was terrible. only after making the reservation it showed that the check in would close at 9 pm. i had plans to arrive after 9. needless to say the non-refundable reservation fee is a huge problem for me expedia sucks for that reason

Rude reception staff

The worst reception ever. The hotel straff lady was unpolite at first - going on to plain rude. I had trouble understanding her german and that made her really irritable. If I hadn’t paid up front I would have left. And the very rude reception took the joy out of the stay - I will certainly never return again

Beim Check-in wurde uns zunächst der Zimmerschlüssel für ein falsches Zimmer ausgehändigt, in dem bereits andere Gäste waren. Die Rezeption war bis zum Check-in unbesetzt, ebenso am Folgetag am Nachmittag. Eine unmittelbare Reklamation und Abhilfe war dadurch nicht möglich. Am zweiten Tag waren keinerlei Parkplätze verfügbar. Im Zimmer befand sich ein nasser Fleck neben dem Bett, der trotz Hinweis nicht behoben wurde. Am zweiten Tag wurde die Heizung ohne Vorankündigung abgestellt. Das Zimmer war dadurch extrem kalt. Der zeitliche Zusammenhang lässt zudem vermuten, dass dies mit dem Feuchtigkeitsproblem zusammenhing. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer. Aufgrund starker Hellhörigkeit waren intime Gespräche aus dem Nebenzimmer deutlich hörbar. Privatsphäre und Nachtruhe waren erheblich beeinträchtigt. Trotz Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild wurde zweimal sehr laut an der Tür geklopft. Es fand kein Zimmerservice statt, ohne dass wir darüber vorab informiert wurden. Zusätzlich funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Wegen der unbesetzten Rezeption war auch hierzu keine Reklamation vor Ort möglich. Eine Reklamation über das Reiseportal blieb unbeantwortet.

Als ich da war, war die Rezeption zu keiner Zeit besetzt. Weder beim Checkin noch beim Checkout. Es war nicht möglich mit einer gewöhnlichen VISA Karte am Empfang zu zahlen. In meinem Zimmer im Untergeschoss (Zimmer 14) hatte ich sehr schlechten Mobilfunkempfang und sehr schlechten WLAN Empfang. Die ausgedruckte Senderliste des Fernsehers, die auf dem Tisch lag, hat überhaupt nicht mit den tatsächlichen Sendern im Fernseher übereingestimmt. Das Frühstück war sehr rudimentär. Ich war nur auf Durchreise da. Einen richtigen Urlaub würde ich in dem Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Trotz Zentrumsnähe sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte alles was wir am Morgen brauchen.

große Zimmer, grundsätzlich sauber aber kein Zimmerservice bei 3 Übernachtungen, neue Handtücher mussten angefordert werden. Hotel wirbt mit Restaurant, aber ab 20:00 Uhr niemand mehr da der Getränke ausschenken kann!
