The apartment consists of one large room that features a sleeping area and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an entryway that opens into the kitchen. 

The living area is furnished with a cozy pull-out daybed. This can be used either as a single bed (80x200) or as a double bed (160x200) when pulled out.
The dining area seats up to 6 people. The TV has satellite channels.
The sleeping area features a large double bed (180 x 200); bedding is provided. A wardrobe and dressers are also provided.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and, of course, all the necessary dishes, wine glasses, pots, and pans. 


The bathroom with a shower is equipped with towels, shampoo, and shower gel. There is also a washing machine here.


A quiet, secluded garden invites you to relax (may be shared with other guests). 


Storage space is available for bicycles, strollers, scooters, motorcycles, and more.


It is possible to rent a second apartment in the same building.
The entrance area is under video surveillance.

Casa Lauda is ideally located in the thermal spa region, 4 km south of Baden, 20 km south of Vienna, with a bus stop (15 m away) and the Bad Vöslau train station (1.3 km away); it’s a 20-minute train ride or an 18-minute drive to the subway in Vienna.

Casa Lauda offers two vacation units.

- Free Wi-Fi is available

- Free parking is available in the public areas around the house

- Towels, soap, shampoo, and bed linens are provided once upon arrival.

- A private garden is available for guests to relax, unwind, enjoy themselves, and barbecue together

- A covered smoking area is available in the garden

- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building (including the apartments)

- Pets are not permitted

- A visitor’s tax of 2.90 per person/night is payable either on-site upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer; children under 12 are exempt from this tax. 

 

Bad Vöslau, a destination for spa treatments and relaxation, offers hikes to the lookout tower and the Harzberg Kangaroo Farm (45 min through vineyards and the Vienna Woods) or through the vineyards (300 m), bike rentals (200 m), supermarket (500 m). A wide range of recreational activities: thermal baths (800 m); museums—City Museum, Doll Art Museum, Vöslauer Welt, Austrian Aviation Museum; bike trails (Weingarten Bike Trail), 30 mountain bike trails, many beautiful loop hiking trails,
