Our "little one" is actually quite spacious inside!

Our vacation rental was completely renovated in 2023.

“Bordeaux” is the concept behind the vacation rental—airy and light.

Soft natural tones with subtle accents in shades of blue and dark red pay homage to the French region and evoke a Mediterranean feel.

Floor-to-ceiling light fixtures create a sense of spaciousness and offer a view of the neighboring graduation tower.

Our Villa Pauline is quite an “old girl.” Built in 1925, she’s been around for many decades now. While this lends her a wonderful old-world charm, it unfortunately also comes with a few challenges. Despite all modernization efforts, it’s not possible to achieve the same level of soundproofing as in a new building. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
