Haus Lieberum - Erdgeschoß-wohnung Direkt am Kurpark in Ruhiger Lage

Our villa, built in 1851 in the old town, is located right in the heart of Bad Sooden’s spa district, directly next to the spa park, in a traffic-calmed zone. Just a few steps away is the pedestrian zone, which features many restaurants and cafés, as well as a small Edeka supermarket, a bakery, and several shops. The Gradierwerk is about a 5-minute walk from the house, and the Werratal-Therme is about a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of a living room with a fold-out bed as a third sleeping option (with a slatted frame and innerspring mattress), a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shower/toilet, and a hallway with a coat rack.
In the courtyard behind the house, there is a separate seating area belonging to the apartment in front of the kitchen window, overlooking the large cottage garden. Here, you can sit comfortably away from traffic and curious passersby. In addition, the entire garden is available for relaxation. There are plenty of lounge chairs, chairs, and tables. The vacation rental is equipped with vinyl flooring and short-pile carpet and is therefore suitable for people with allergies. Additionally, pets are not allowed!
