Very clean and friendly with good service. The quaint hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is very peaceful. We had an internet problem, but it affected the entire area, not just the hotel.

Superb little spa hotel at hostel prices

Exceptional small hotel with great facilities in a good location - quiet but just a few minutes walk across a park to the historic city centre. Staff were amazing - Mattias treated us like VIPs from the moment we arrived, with discreetly attentive service. He apologised for the fact the bar only served snacks yet rustled up some fantastic pizzas and flammkuchen for us.

Hôtel vétuste, ne correspondant pas du tout à l’énoncé d’HOTEL.com. Pas de restaurant depuis des mois! Lit très inconfortable au point que nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel après la première nuit! Le SPA n’est pas dans l’hôtel, c’est indépendant de l’hôtel et pas du tout attractif contrairement aux photos! Bref! Inacceptable!

Frühstück Top, aber Betrug mit falschangaben

Frühstück und Frühstücksraum sind top, Service ist Superfreundlich. Aber warum ist Wellness angegeben mit Fotos von einer benachbarten Therme die nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat?! Das ist Betrug, und ich habe dieses Hotel nur deswegen ausgesucht und mich auf einen Saunaabend gefreut.
