LAURA Vacation Apartment

The newly renovated Laura vacation rental features a living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, guest restroom, and a covered southwest-facing balcony with an awning. The apartment is bright, quiet, and very spacious at 64 m², making it perfect for 2 to 5 people.
The bright living and dining room is furnished with a sleeper sofa (150 x 200) that comfortably sleeps two adults. There is also a sleeper chair where one person can sleep comfortably, meaning this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Additionally, a travel crib for babies (for children 0–2 years old) can be added as needed.
The dining area features a round, extendable dining table made of natural wood with 4 chairs.
The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200), and a second TV is mounted on the wall for when you want to watch TV from the comfort of your bed. There’s also a desk here if you need a workspace.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking, baking, and breakfast: here you’ll find a breakfast table with 2 chairs, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.
The bright, modern bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, a toilet, a sink with a mirror cabinet, and a washing machine. There is a separate guest restroom for any visitors you may have.
A covered west-facing balcony with a seating set and an awning is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.
Towels (3) and bed linens are, of course, provided upon request for an additional fee.
The Laura vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment and is not suitable for loud parties. However, dogs are always welcome (€5 per pet per stay).
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The apartment includes a free parking space in the courtyard.
There is a lockable bike storage room for your e-bikes and bicycles.
