On the glass-enclosed balcony, which is equipped with an exercise bike, you can get some exercise first thing in the morning, or you can relax on the second balcony, which faces southwest and offers a magnificent view of the Untersberg, the Lattengebirge, and the Predigtstuhl. The building has an elevator, so you only have to climb 7 steps to reach the apartment. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine, a drying room, and a bike storage area. The location is ideal: The Kurpark is just 300 meters away, the Karlspark is 100 meters away, and shopping is just 200 meters away. Here you’ll find the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature!
