In the summer, you can enjoy the view from our outdoor pool and relax in the provided lounge chairs. Our bright, 60-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the second floor and is just a few steps away from the main building, Schlossberghof Marzoll near Bad Reichenhall. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a very spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies. The apartment is equipped with towels, bathrobes, a TV, and a telephone. A safe is available upon request, and you’ll find your free parking space right in front of the building.
The main building houses the restaurant of the same name, Schlossberghof Marzoll (Bad Reichenhall), where you can treat yourself to a sumptuous breakfast buffet early in the morning or enjoy à la carte dining. You’re also welcome to book full or half board. We place particular emphasis on using high-quality, locally sourced products that come from sustainable farming practices and controlled animal husbandry and feeding methods.
Our two spa physicians and our spa department are located in our main building, where you can easily undergo your open spa treatment or outpatient therapy. Individual treatments such as massages, inhalations, Nordic walking, aqua training, and others can also be booked without a prescription.

With the public bus (Postbus 180, just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel), you can easily reach the Mozart city of Salzburg and conveniently explore its numerous museums and exhibitions. At the main train station, you’ll find additional train and bus connections to Freilassing, Inzell, Ruhpolding, and Berchtesgaden.
Just outside Salzburg and Berchtesgaden, surrounded by meadows and forests, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for walks, bike rides, and hiking trips right on your doorstep. The outdoor pool is just 2 km away and very easy to reach, whether on foot or by bike. The Untersberg Nature Park is also nearby, featuring the Salzburg Open-Air Museum with demonstrations of traditional customs and crafts, or you can visit the spiritual site at the Groß Gmain pilgrimage church.
About 150 m from the house, you’ll find the bus stop for trips to the nearby Mozart city of Salzburg and the Marzoll Ort bus stop for trips to the Alpine town of Bad Reichenhall. You can use the buses free of charge with your guest card. The Schlossberghof at the Untersberg Nature Park is the starting point for numerous hiking and biking trails and invites you to take long walks through the forest, where you’ll find unique flora and fauna. The Tauern Bike Trail, the Mozart Bike Trail, and the tour around the Untersberg all begin right here at our property.
