Stylisches Appartement, allerdings sehr vernachlässigt. Toaster kaputt, Rolladengurt verknotet Rolladen lässt sich nicht schließen. Vorhangschiene getappt. Im Bad Haare von Vormieter, alte versiegte Zahnbürsten in Waschkommode. Der Abfluss der Dusche stinkt

Für 3 Personen ungeeignet. Bettwäsche hat noch nie einen Bügeleisen gesehen. Duschvorhang ekelhaft

Die Wohnung wird für drei Personen ausgeschrieben und auch bestätigt. Es gibt aber nur ein 1,40-1,60 Bett und Bettwäsche für zwei Personen. Des Sofa, der uns vom Vermieter als Schlafmöglichkeit für dritte Personen angeboten wurde, ist für einen Erwachsenen völlig ungeeignet. Außerdem gab es für dritte Personen weder eine geeignete Decke noch einen anständigen Kissen. Auch Bettlaken ist Fehlanzeige. Der Vermieter war nicht bereit mit uns über die Situation zu telefonieren, obwohl er angibt, dass man ihn jederzeit erreichen kann. Für uns war das eine Nacht ohne jeglichen Zufriedenheits-, geschweige dem Erhollungseffekt.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Schöner, heller Raum in toller Lage. Deutlich besser zu zweit nutzbar als zu dritt.

Leider fanden wir die Matratze viel zu weich. Das Bett ist für zwei Personen zu schmal. Nach dem ersten Duschen war das Bad geflutet, da das Sieb im Abfluss mit Haaren verstopft war. Der Bistrotisch mit den Hockern ist auch nicht wirklich als Tisch nutzbar.Auch hat mir ein Schrank gefehlt.Die Lage ist hervorragend aber die Austattung eher unpraktisch . Parken ist auch schwierig, da im weiten Umfeld Anwohner Parkschein oder nur drei Stunden erlaubt.
