Here, you’ll enjoy a relaxing yet central stay—and you can park conveniently in your own covered, free parking space right next to the house.
Note: Your parking space is covered and offers protection from the elements—please note the height limit of 1.90 m.
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms:
➤ The first has a 1.60 m wide double bed, a TV, and its own couch.
➤ The second bedroom features a 1.40 m wide double bed—plus an additional baby or children’s bed, making it ideal for families as well.
➤ Tip: If you prefer a little more space when sleeping, you can also use the couch in the living room.
You can relax and unwind in the spacious living room or on the sunny balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped—from the stovetop to the washing machine, everything you need for a worry-free stay is there.

From your front door, you can easily reach Bad Kissingen’s highlights on foot: the magnificent spa gardens, the historic Wandelhalle, the Regentenbau, the theater, and the popular pedestrian zone with its cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use. This includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony. A private parking space right next to the house is also included in your stay. Check-in is very straightforward via on-site key pickup—flexible and stress-free.

Note on the visitor’s tax in Bad Kissingen:
A legally mandated visitor’s tax is charged in Bad Kissingen. The amount is:
• 💶 €4.00 per person per night (ages 18 and up)
• ♿ €3.50 reduced rate for people with severe disabilities (50% GdB or higher; proof required)
• 💼 €2.00 for business-related stays and participants in seminars/conferences (proof required)
• 👧 Free for children and teenagers under 18 years of age
The visitor’s tax is not included in the Airbnb price and is collected in cash upon arrival—as required by law.
