The vacation apartment is located in a large residential complex with distinctive architecture. All apartments are built in a staircase-style layout and feature a secluded, south-facing rooftop terrace. It is conveniently located yet quiet, set back a second row from the street.
The “Bergliebe 5” vacation rental, which will be completely renovated by late 2024/early 2025, offers space for up to 4 people across 72 square meters. During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on modernity, design, and lighting. As a result, each room offers a wide selection of direct and indirect lighting options to create a special atmosphere for every moment of your vacation. The apartment features an open-concept living/dining and entry area, a cozy bedroom, a modern kitchen, and a bright bathroom. The highlight for the warmer months is the large rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price.

There is an underground parking space at no extra charge (please note the entry height) and an inclined elevator from the underground garage to the floor where the apartment is located.

There are shopping options in the immediate vicinity—a small playground and the city center are within walking distance.
