Welcome to the charming, newly renovated Villa Sand, perfect for family getaways and gatherings with friends. This spacious house in Habichtswald Nature Park accommodates 10 adults and 3 small children across 5 bedrooms on 3 levels. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with a shower and sauna, a guest WC, an open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The attic bedroom with 3 beds is accessed via a narrow staircase.
One pet is welcome for an extra fee. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, children’s books, and toys. For little ones, a crib and high chair are available. The covered terrace and garden invite you to relax in the evenings.
Each guest receives complimentary access to a fitness studio just 150 m away.
