Funktionalität und Gemütlichkeit

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Verbesserungsfähig wäre die Anbringung von Sonnnenschutzrollos bzw. -plissees im Wohnzimmer. Dies wurde auch bereits von vorherigen Mietern empfohlen auf den vorhandenen Beurteilungsbogen. Es sieht allerdings für uns so aus, als wenn diese ausgefüllten Blätter keinerlei Beachtung finden, da sie nach wie vor in der Info-Mappe verbleiben, d.h. es scheint den Vermieter also überhaupt nicht zu interessieren - nicht so schön! SchadeAch ja, eine Lampe am/über dem Esstisch wäre sinnvoll und eventuell eine Stehlampe am Sofa.
