2nd night stay;no sleep because young people partying in room next door. Staff did not help to resolve the noise. Could have given them a differnt room. The 2nd night stay ,Sat, should be refunded. A room is to have a good night sleep.

Super clean, and with plenty of dining/convenience options nearby. My only caveat is that the walls were a bit thin, so the neighbors sound a bit noisier than they really are. Overall though, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at.

Decent rooms. Nice amenities. Everything you really need for a couple nights. No elevator for second floor rooms. AC works great!! Beds pretty comfy. No toiletries so bring your own. Overall pretty good.

A great break away and a very comfortable Stay

Our visit was great. Rooms clean. Available use of pool and spa. The staff was excellent they were very helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to assist us. You could not ask for anything better at the hotel. They had it all. Will definitely be back again. Thank you staff for the friendliness and being so helpful.

Clean, met our needs well. I was concerned for a bit, that they could not guarantee at check in a roll away for our daughter, but happily filled our reservation for 3, with a queen bed. We did receive one. Only other concern, the coffee was so strong! (I'm a whimp, haha) Breakfast was typical continental, but no hot foods, except a waffle maker. I would go back!

I’ve stayed here a few times. This time wasn’t so good. When we checked in at 4:30. We tried the tv. Didn’t work. We informed the desk and was told she would tell maintenance. We left to go to Caseville and returned around 10:30 but the tv still didn’t work. The thing that grossed me out the most was that the bedding felt wet.

The parking lot was covered in broken glass. I had to get help from the desk to get my door to walk when I tried to leave my room. The curtains were hanging off the rod and would not close properly so I had to use clips to close them.
