Check in went as usual but the foreign accent of the desk clerk was very difficult to understand. Not a good understanding of english?
Once in the room we discovered the TV had no sound. We called the desk clerk. And she came to room and after trying, pretty much shrugged her shoulders. Asked what she would do, she again pretty much shrugged her shoulders.She called the manager and he also had no clue. We were late for a meeting and switching rooms. Wasnt an option for us nor was it offerred.
Earlier in the week we stayed there for two days and the TV wasnt working and the room telephone was dead. Thy fixed the TV while we were out for dinner but did nothing about the phone.
Overall, there was much difficulty in understanding each others language.
Overall the place was fine but not worth the aggravation of trying to communicate the issues and the apparent lack of concern of the staff.
